Performance Photography | Editorial & Live Music
In high school, music pulled me in every direction - from conducting marching band to sitting in my friend's garage, feeling metal music vibrate through the concrete floor. As a French horn player, I understood the discipline. But those weekend garage sessions taught me something else entirely. In both spaces, I felt something I wanted others to feel too.

Quick phone shots and basic promo photos miss what makes musicians and their music powerful. Whether it's a live show, a practice session, or the imagery that tells their story to fans - each deserves the same dedication musicians bring to their craft.
After years of experiencing music from both sides, I started capturing these stories. Not just the explosive energy of live shows or the quiet intensity of practice, but also the carefully crafted images that help musicians connect with their audience. From editorial shoots that capture a band's essence to branding sessions that build their visual identity - every image needs to feel as authentic as their music.

My work tells music's complete story. For touring bands and venues, I deliver live coverage that captures what makes each show electric. For musicians building their brand, I create editorial and promotional images that reflect their authentic voice. And through my black and white 'Practice' series, I document the real work that happens behind closed doors. Each approach connects to create a musician's complete visual narrative.

Whether I'm photographing a show, crafting editorial images for a band's album, or quietly documenting a practice session, I get it. I've been there - both performing and watching from the floor. Every image carries that understanding of what makes music matter.
